Team Race Fee: USD $: 1500 until the 30th of December, 2011 USD $: 1700 after the 1st of January, 2012
Includes: Team entry fee 1 group transfer (Airport/Hotel/Airport) 3 nights acomodation in Quito Security VHF Radio Kayaks and paddles Ropes 2 people for the support crew Thule system for carring the 4 bikes of the team ( to be set in the rent vehicle) Official T-shirt, competition vest, bicycle number, award ceremonies, route book, maps,
Does NOT Include: Vehicle for the team support crew (renting a vehicle information) Food for the support crew
Refund policy: In the case that a team decides not to run, 75% of the entry fee deposit will be returned, as long as this has been communicated to the organizer by the 30th of December, 2011. If a team decides to back out after this date, no money will be returned and the space in the competition cannot be negotiated with another team. After January, 2012, the entry fee will be: |
