We recommend purchasing arrival tickets between November 24th and 26th.

 CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND CHANGES :

• Teams may contact to organisation of Huairasinchi by e-mail at mily@proyectoaventura.com or by WhatsApp to +593959538833 by any questions. 

• Make your registration payment only when you are sure you will attend the event. Once you have made your payment, we begin planning your participation and expenses are incurred.
• Teams will have to pay any bank charges or other transaction fees generated by the chosen payment method.
• After making the payment by deposit or transfer, you must send an email to info@proyectoaventura.com or by WhatsApp to +593959538833 with the name of the team, date of payment and transfer document number. Without this information we will not be able to confirm your registration.
• Changes of categories, members and team names, can be made until September 30, 2024.
• Teams are permitted to transfer or sell their entry to another team if available. This will be a transaction between the teams. Teams must notify Huairasinchi as soon as possible in the case of a team entry being transferred or sold.
• Teams are not permitted to transfer their fees paid to future events if they are not able to make this edition of the event.
• If two teams do not have sufficient members and decide to join together, this will be strictly considered as one team cancelling their entry. 
• In case of postponement of the event, teams that have paid will have the following options: Request a refund of their registration (85% of the registration fee will be refunded, in the case of international teams, international money transfer costs will also be reduced).
• Once a team submits an online entry it is accepted that teams have read, understood and accepted all the cancellations and refund conditions.

RETURN POLICY:

• 85% refund until July 1, 2024.
• 50% refund until September 14, 2024.
• There will be no refunds after September 30, 2024.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-reusable for other Proyecto Aventura events.
